Made our sandwiches wrong. My receipt is wrong. Bad customer service. I called explained the problems, they confirmed they would send new sandwich’s. They never brought new sandwhich, even after calling me 4 times to confirm my order again. I spoke to the manager “himself”, rude for one. Waist of $30. Stupid location, workers are clueless.

Food was excellent, but this Jimmy John’s is extremely busy on a Saturday. Parking lot is also very busy as this location is in a strip mall. Staff was doing an amazing job serving the masses that flowed through the door and online. I gave atmosphere a 4 star as it was just so busy and packed with people.

I stopped in to order an Unwich. I was handed a bunch of ingredients wrapped in sticky paper. Also, the diet coke was out of the machine. Additionally, the day-old bread was left exposed next to the pick-up counter, and someone was coughing and sneezing on it. A health hazard. I love Jimmy Johns, but this store should be avoided.

Music was so loud I was surprised the girl at the register was able to hear me. I was charged for all of my upgrades for 2 sandwiches, but didn’t receive any of the extra meats or peppers. Total of about $7. Tried getting ahold of someone online, but never got a response. Guess I won’t be back to that location.

Not a good look. Dirty tables, chairs and floor. Made a sandwich and forgot the $1.25 slice of cheese. Weren’t sure how to make the chicken Tai wrap. No napkins. And to top it off a shelf FULL of expired chips. Normally jimmy johns is good but this location could use some help.

Great food excellent service! Jimmy John’s is a go to stop for everyone I’m my family. Restaurant is always clean,the staff is always friendly and upbeat.
