Across the street is a newly opened Bojangles what is cars wrapped around the building. Then you have Arby’s who as usual the parking lot is empty, maybe one car in the drive-through on several employees that feel entitled enough to make Business decisions the impact sales to keep there slow business slow. I intended on ordering at least $21 worth of food today, I went through and ordered four of the cheddar roast beef sandwiches that are two for seven dollars without sauce due to food allergies of my children. I was going to get another two the way they come for myself and then probably a fry and a drink. However the lady at the speaker informed me they couldn’t do that unless I didn’t want to get the discount. I have used the specials let many other competitors such as two for four croissants at Burger King and got them without egg and no problem. I’ve done the same at Bojangles. And the list can go on. Oh so I left, and when I got closer to Shelby I ordered the same thing at that Arby’s and they were happy to accommodate. I’m not one of these people that fill out surveys but I just find it really funny that a business with an empty parking lot is turning down business. Your employees are being a$$holes just to be a$$holes.

Take to long to hear the order and swear they food is made to order ,but every thing I’ve ever gotten ,every time I come is always cold or they charge me for extra food I didn’t ask for and don’t realize until I get home! And it also seems as if when u recall ur order at the box and get to the window everybody that works in there has an attitude for no reason which has caused me to either ask for my money back or pull off! The food all tastes the same as if it’s all being cooked in the same grease!!

Well it was so funny I did the drive-thru and she looked at the order and she went oh no I made a chocolate one instead of a chocolate mint milkshake I told her it was fine and she said well let me put some sprinkles on it of the mint stuff. And she apologized and gave me extra fries which is awesome I think I’m supposed to tell you that but don’t ask for them but it was nice of her and they’re fast this is like one of the Arby’s that is actually fast
