I ordered a pizza and a salad. After an hour waiting and watching the updates show the store was doing nothing with my order I called THREE times to no answer and sitting on hold for far too long. Then when the update finally said it was being delivered it went from a 9 minute delivery time to continuous increases in time until it was over an hour. Called the store back and the person who answered was incredibly rude and offered ZERO explanation as to why they can’t get one pizza an a salad delivered on time.

I spent $15 for a medium CARRYOUT! Toppings were so sparse you could not even taste what was on it. I am starting to think eating out is a waste of time. You order and pay top dollar and never get what you paid for. Dominos used to be a good place. I order from locations across this country. Its the same all over. They strive to be less than mediocre for top dollar. I always see the same thing. Workers moving in slow-mo just waiting until friday for a check. Never even thinking about their job. Its pathetic!!

Traveling. Called to see if their water was working due to the store next door water not working,when I called a guy answered and then hung up in my face,so then my husband called and asked about who was it…Nobody knew anything they were lost. So we walked up there placed our order and used the restroom. Their were 3 guys that we seen in the store..the manager on duty claim it wasn’t him so that leave 2 other people. Do you think he asked his workers ? No. Do you think he apologized? No. Do you think he said he would get down to the bottom of it ? So that it doesn’t happen again, No. Horrible experience. No customer service. Will not return.

By far the worst! They had the audacity to tell me my pizza just came out of the oven, THE BOX WAS COLD, the food was hard and looked like it had been sitting on the counter since I ordered it (an hour an a half of waiting for delivery, had to go to the Domino’s to pick up)….

I called in a carryout. Dylan answered the phone and immediately began giving excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and tried to find us the best deal for what we wanted. He put me on hold to check for coupons for us. The manager (I assume) came to the phone. Her name is Gail. She too gave us excellent service without any issues.

I ordered online at around 6:00 and I arrived at around 6:20. It said it would be ready between 6:24-6:36. Needless to say it wasn’t ready until 6:45. The gentleman that brought my pizzas out to me was quite friendly and explained they were extremely busy. His first trip out to my car he forgot one of my pizzas. He went back in to retrieve it and on his second trip back he forgot the sauce I had purchased. The final trip back I finally got my complete order. The pizza was good although my boyfriend said his piece was a little doughy. I usually would give Dominoes a five star but today they were a little off. I hope for a better experience next time.
