I didn’t like the dish that I had, I thought it was very bland and the noodles tasted like they were left too long in the water, but my husband’s food was amazing! And everything else was great. They close early,(6p.m.) so dinner is a little difficult. I didn’t like that you scan a qr code and order online, instead of just telling them what you want.

Went here on my lunch break yesterday. Interior is very nice, clean and modern. I love the TV that shuffles the menu items. Was nicely greeted and seated. Nathan was my waiter. He was very nice and answered my questions very well. I tried the special and apparently was the first to try it. It was a soup with rice noodles, chicken, quail eggs and vegetables. Very good, especially with the delicious add-ons like their signature Shwe sauce (Which by the way is so good that I asked if I could buy a bottle of it). The dessert was definitely different, but it was light, not too sweet, refreshing and had good texture. And last but definitely not least, the service was very fast. I was not the only one here either. This place is literally one minute from where I work at, so I’ll be back 🙂

This is my first time at this restaurant trying Burmese cuisine. They also have vegan options as well! The staff were attentive, the food tasted amazing, and the atmosphere was beautiful too with pop music from their culture playing in the background.

A somewhat new addition to the Battle Creek food scene. Clean well light and nicely decorated. Food is well prepared fresh with a pleasant presentation. Portions are good, it may be a bit pricey but overall worth it for the taste. A definite must visit when in the mood for exotic flavors.

The food is okay, that’s about all I can say about it. It tastes like over cooked Chinese food; when I was expecting a very unique experience. The price is a bit high for the amount of food that you receive and the way it tastes.

My wife and I wanted to try something new, so we decided to give this place a try. I’m not terribly adventurous when it comes to foreign food. But I was absolutely blown away with how much I loved the food. I had the coconut and chicken dish. It was vibrant and flavorful. We will definitely be returning. Also, I would do anything for the fermented tea leaf salad recipe.

So very good…if you like Thai and Indian food, this fusion of the two will tickle your fancy…all the rich curries and spices, delicious. My wife and I have eaten here four times now and never been disappointed. The service is top notch and friendly . Can’t recommend it enough. And try coconut dessert…amazing.

I enjoyed a delicious lunch from Shwe Mandalay yesterday. The restaurant had plenty of parking outside. I ordered online and picked up so I had no wait time other than driving over to grab it. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and friendly. He quickly retrieved my order as well as others who arrived at the same time. The samosas were such a tasty treat. Even after a 20 min drive home the outside had a nice crunch while the filling was flavorful and warm. My taro bubble tea was delicious yet not too sweet. My main dish was Shan noodles which I’d definitely recommend. Please eat local if you’re in the area. Much better than any chain restaurants.
