Been here twice, been to the ones in West Covina and the Arcadia mall and both are infinitely better. The food is fine to be honest but the service is AWFUL. It was not busy and the person in front of me who had ordered with someone and paid for it didn’t get their order put in at all then another server comes up and completely had to retake the order even though the customer had her receipt. Then I ordered and watched as the 3 people who ordered behind me AND the one before me all get their orders before me. When I went to ask about my order which was only 2 fish tacos and shrimp cocktail they ignored me for another 5 minutes while I was trying to get my money back for waiting near 30 minutes. Never coming back here again. Stick with the other two

Came here since it’s just opened and has promotion with 99 cents per fish taco. Tried several times and honestly I was really amazed by its taco every time I ate. It also has different promotions from Monday to Friday, I will definitely try these different promotions soon.

Love love love Baja Cali. The food is delicious and their weekly specials are great. You have to try the cucumber, chia agua fresca. Extremely refreshing for a hot day. I like to call ahead and just pick up it’s very convenient.

This restaurant is so clean and the Atmosphere is beyond words. The food is fresh and appealing and the employees are very helpful and respectful. This restaurant in Monrovia and the other one in the Arcadia Mall. I enjoy bringing my family knowing we’re going to have a healthy and tasteful meal .

The cashier didn’t give me “welcoming vibes.” She wasn’t very helpful with ordering because I’m not familiar with Mexican food. When I was deciding, she just left me alone without any support. Then when she came back, she showed me lots of attitude.

Avoid low cost of quality food , & not to mention terrible customer service. NOT AUTHENTIC Mexican Dishes, unfortunately this location lacks its pride of owning a business ( poorly presentation , soggy ) old healthy cooking procedures , by far could be toxic, unfriendly working employees . We have went to this one regularly since this open. The store is conveniently placed with lots of parking compared to the one at the Santa Anita mall or Pasadena. Workers are nice. Always going for their fish taco!
