One of my favorite Korean street food joint in Mid-Atlantic. Unless you’re in New York, this is the next best thing. Also, the price is decent as well. I got kimbap, donkatsu and dukboki and it was around $40. It’s located inside a Korean market so make sure to go to a right place instead of the block (which is right next to the market)

After walking around the food court a couple of times, a friend and I decided to get our lunches here. The food was delicious, the portions large, and prices reasonable. I loved the sauce on my crispy, moist Pork Katsu.

I absolutely love Korean food so I couldn’t wait to try the kimbap here. I never got the chance though because my order never came. I was so hungry. My bf ordered from another place and was almost finished eating and I still didn’t have my food. I went up to ask where my food was and all the lady said was “I know, I know.” My bf had to go up and just ask for a refund, which she readily gave because they hadn’t even started making my food yet. I ended up ordering from another place and had to wait some more. Not a great experience for my first time there. ☹️

OMG… the k street original kimbap was ok but could name ten other places in Annandale that could do better and cheaper. The tuna kimbap was so bad I could probably make it tastier with my eyes blindfolded. It is so bad… where do I start… no flavor… no smell or taste of the perilla leaf which is KEY on tuna kimbap. The tteok bokki has no flavor and just spicy. I had such a high expectation with all these great reviews online but what a disappointment. I am sorry to say… but this place sucks!

I’m addicted to the bulgogi kimbap to the point I’ve gotten it everyday for a week straight. Absolutely the best kimbap I’ve ever had. The gentleman running the shop is always so friendly and always remembers exactly how I like it
