service at this location is awful. they messed up on a previous order, credited us $15 on our account, then when we go to redeem they can’t find it. pizza had barely any sauce and wings looked like the sauce was just drizzled on and not tossed.

Order said it should be less than 30 minutes. Over an hour later i called to check on the order and Mary Jane was rude and short with me like I was the problem for ordering a pizza saying it would be another hour to get my pizza. It’s a tuesday evening with no special events going on. Be wary of this location. Never had an issue with others. I have worked at Dominos before and this is not how they are taught to treat customers.

Last week pizza was made incorrectly. Given credit. This week used credit and got an extra pizza but it was given to someone else so waited over an hour to finally get my order. Don’t think I will visit this Domino’s again.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Mary Jane the so called manager is EXTREMELY rude. She not only cuts you off when explaining the problem but, immediately takes the employee’s side. I hope those conversations are truly recorded. So, corporate can listen to both of their employee’s conversations. I WILL be calling corporate tomorrow.

I love dominoes pizza, they are better then pizza hut, and the cost difference is huge! I do not however recommend ordering a salad. They are pre-made and wrapped. The chicken portion is literally like two table spoons. 1 star less for the that and one star less because they no longer put 1 marinara and 1 garlic sauce in each pizza box. You now have to pay for each dipping sauce separately and I believe they are 50 cents and some are even 75 cents. I ordered 3 medium pizzas, a salad, and some chicken Alfredo. Came out to be like 43$ then I had to come back and pay for the dipping sauces. 4 marinara sauces, 2 ranch, and 3 garlic sauces Came out to be 7 extra dollars. The service is great but everyone who works in the back making the pizzas don’t even wear hair nets and they all have long hair so that kinda is an issue for me. I’m still giving 3 stars… haven’t found hair in my food yet and the food has always been great everytime I order. I just won’t be ordering any salads from now on.

I spent a lot of money with y’all two or three times a week, was turned away and had my order cancelled for three pizzas at 9 pm because the lowest bill I had was a 50. Will never return. Had to go to pizza hut and they suck. Lil ceasers for my kids from now on.

So this is great on how I ordered over the phone and for some reason they heard another address and then sent it to another store to deliver and then the driver calls and tells me the address and I said that’s not the correct address and then says he can’t deliver to that area and if there’s nothing they can do just awesome Domino’s way to go.
