Great taste and inexpensive. I ordered a Falafel Sandwich, it was huge and I was full even before I could finish it. Falafels were cooked well and everything tasted nice. They have a lot of options to choose from. The staff accommodates your requests without any frowns. Good place for lunch (dine in and take out).

Great tasting food and they don’t skimp on ingredients. Everything is fresh. Employees are fast and friendly. Short of 5 star because place could be a bit cleaner inside and the pricing is a bit more than I think it should be. Still, it is worth it as a treat. If pricing was a bit cheaper I would visit a lot more often.

While visiting Boston, we ordered take-out from Falafel King on Washington Street. The chicken shawarma and the chicken & falafel salad plate each included a generous serving of chicken with 2 large falafels, lots of hummus, taboule and salad (pita bread included, of course). Everything was excellent! I highly recommend Falafel King for lunch or dinner.

Best Falafel I have , the humus and tabule are delicious . The first time my husband and I bought their food we thought “this is it” and we went today for a second time and ufff! so good , our search for a good Falafel it’s over , we just found it . I got a chicken Kabob plate and this was in my plate. Falafel King, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I could have swallowed this screw. I also heated the plate up without knowing this metal object was in there. I am extremely appalled.

The food was fine – the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a small catering delivery a day ahead of time and received an email confirming my order. When I hadn’t heard from the restaurant 20 minutes after the food should have been delivered, I called the restaurant to check in. They tried telling me multiple times that they had never received the order (even though I told them I had the confirmation email right in front of me), then talked amongst themselves for a while without explaining to me what was going on, then asked me multiple times if I wanted the food delivered tomorrow instead (I needed the food for a work event that was already happening), ignoring my answer when I said I needed it today. Eventually they agreed to deliver my order. I called to check in 10 minutes after the new agreed upon delivery time because I had not heard anything. Again they blatantly lied and said that the delivery person had tried to call me (he had not), and then they hung up the phone. I called back and then finally received a call from the delivery person. The food was delivered an hour and a half late, and if I hadn’t called it would have never been delivered at all. The people I spoke with on the phone did not apologize a single time. They placed the blame on me for everything and never took accountability for anything.
