The atmosphere is great for a family with kids. This is the only reason this place has any stars. The pricing is extremely high for a pathetic burger. When it is a burger place and they have the prices the way they are, you would expect something much better. It seemed like we were at in and out burger, but paying twice as much for the outdoor playground.

This place is EVERYTHING! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! From the lettuce wrapped burgers or a gluten free bun option, fried pickles, to the ice cream, kid friendly atmosphere and the friendliest people around- this is the spot to be! Our kids LOVED the super clean/safe playground. The food was 10/10, being gluten free, my husband and I weren’t left out of anything. This never happens! We will be back! Please put them in Arkansas!

I’ve been to a few different locations and Hat Creek Burger Co never disappoints! Not the cheapest burgers but less than Red Robin and better (extra $4.29 to make it a combo seems kinda steep)! They have perfectly seasoned fries that I think rival (and beat) McDonald’s and several sauces to choose from! I usually get the Southwest Burger and Mom gets the Little Hat which always taste fresh and juicy and are perfectly cooked ! Unlike most places they’re actually generous with their toppings… my burger had plenty of lettuce and grilled onions! The people are always friendly and they have nicely separated areas with cool indoor or covered patio seating and a play area for kids! If you’re in the mood for a fast burger that doesn’t taste like fast food this is the place! They also have very good salads and bowls (vegan or keto or paleo) if you’re looking for healthier options… or great milkshakes if you’re not!

Am much as I would like to leave a 1-star review to get management attention; I can not. I had a few issues during my visit, but not to the extent of a neutral (3-star) review not being acceptable.
