Food was good, hard to mess up a bagel with cream cheese, but had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, the longest I ever had to wait at any Dunkin’. Granted, there was a ton of people in the drive thru and also inside, probably need to hire more workers to keep up with demand

Horrible… I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee 2 days in a row and got regular ice coffee. No flavor. When the girl at the drive thru gave me a new one, rolled her eyes at me as if it was my fault. It’s not brain surgery to make a coffee… 2 days in a row?? No excuses. Never again

Typical Dunkin’ donuts, just down the street from another Dunkin’. Staff was doing the best they could to service the drive-thru and walkins. This resulted in slow service and about 10 minutes to pick up two coffees.

Honestly the best Dunkin on the island and beyond. Most Dunkins in the area I feel rushed and alot of the time end up having to return for a coffee made terribly or badly microwaved cold food, but not here surprisingly. Usually if your in a hurry, anything goes and I believe fast food places take advantage of that speed. This place cooks everything with ovens only, no microwaves here, the girls really seem to get what they are doing and my coffee always comes out perfect. I will drive the extra 5 min. from E Main to go to this one. The food and coffee is just better here, if you care about that kind of thing.

I’ve noticed this a couple of times now. I get the lattes and this location is NOT making it with espresso. I don’t know if they weren’t taught to use espresso..don’t know if they are just not wanting to make espress. What I do know is…that I order an ice latte and just get and ice coffee.

Each time I have gone to this location, the appearance of the employees has baffled me! From long, untrimmed, dirt filled nails to non Dunkin’ attire with lipstick and filth stains. The management of this location is to blame, this is a food establishment proper hygiene and appearance should be enforced! Food service workers shouldn’t appear to be working on cars in between orders.

Always my first stop in the morning and the employees are always courteous and the place is kept clean..You are always greeted with a smile, and I think they do their best to make sure every customer receives the same service.
