I wish there was a zero star option!!! My family went to this location at 8:37 pm. The doors were open and we wanted to order together since we had 3 separate cars. We waited in the lobby at the counter a while when a voice yelled out from behind the counter, lobby is closed, drive thru is open. I said we have multiple cars and wanted to order together, to which I received no response! We left, we went to hoopla a mile down the road and made our own creations. This location has always been sub par but this was enough. Lack of customer service and zero personal relations, I will never come back to this Dairy Queen. The staff definitely needs a back to basics on customer service!

Even with a line that rapped from one side of the building to the other, it moved quickly and the staff was friendly, helpful and kind from placing the order to pay to getting my order. The food was excellent and my blizzards were all mixed all the way through. Amazing Dairy Queen!

This review is for the Westville, IN store . The service was exceptional, the employees were very professional and with only 4 employees on duty kept me in and out in under 10 min. The lobby was packed and I was the 6th car out from the order speaker. My favorite is a strawberry cheesecake blizzard add bananas. They are the only store that makes it right and you get a large blizzard not half a blizzard and a half a cup of vanilla ice cream . Good job Westville you do it right.

I love coming here and being treated like i am family, iIve never had a problem with service or someone smiling back at me asking me how im doing. The service is really firnedly and Management and Crew goes beyond expectations to make sure theyvare doing what they can to get the irder absolutely correct and fast to you. NEVER order online. Received mushy, soggy, falling apart onion rings and they didn’t even bother to send the ice cream I paid for at all. And I was able to get whopping $0 back. I’ll just stick to Culver’s.

Been eating here for years, but since it has new owners it’s been bad. At almost $4 for a small blizzard, 50% was just icecream. Only had candy on the top half. Use to love this place.
