Great food good service while eating. Got to pay and they didn’t know why card machine wasn’t working so we paid with cash. It took 90 out of our account charging us 3 times!!!! And because they couldn’t see it on their end they couldn’t do more. Ridiculous taking money and not being good on it. Now it falls on the bank

I absolutely love this restaurant but my only complaint is sometimes they don’t answer the phone. I guess that’s a complication with being so good. So don’t misunderstand my frustration, it is wonderful but dang answer the phone! I want some of that delicious food ❤️

It is a little pricy, but when you get your plate you understand why. Nice presentation, big portions. Service is decent. We usually go for lunch and never had to wait. Huge menu selection. Very clean. Highly recommend El Sarape. Deep fried avacado with shredded chicken inside is my wife’s fav.

I love this place and I eat here pretty often, but it’s wen downhill the several visits. Portions seem smaller and the salsa is WAYYYY too watery. I get they’re trying to cut costs and save product, but the salsa is basically just red water at this point. No other Mexican restaurant around has salsa this watered down…

Me and my husband used to come here all the time but the past two times we have gotten food from them we have found items in our food that should have not even been able to make it into our food. The first time this happened my husband ordered an ACP and when they brought us our food he noticed a hair no big deal it happens, he let our waiter know and he was more than happy to get his food remade. The second plate came out and looked good so my husband began to eat as anyone would and he gives me a weird look and goes to pull something out of his mouth and when I tell you I was shocked I was shocked when he pulled out a rolled up piece of METAL I repeat METAL. We told our waiter and he did not say a word takes his plate and brings us our check. We decided that night we weren’t sure if we wanted to go back. Well it had been a couple of months and last night my husband wanted to give them another chance bad mistake on our part. I just went to reheat my leftovers from last night and I found a piece of hard plastic that I almost broke my tooth on when I bit down into my burrito. We will never ever go back I can’t believe they are so careless that they’d let metal and plastic get into their food and serve it to their customers.

This is the worse place to try to call in and place an order. Every time we try to call we get placed on hold and then they hang up on ya. Then when you try calling back all you’ll get is USER BUSY. When I finally get someone the girl answered and said what do you want. Not hello and how can I help you. Horrible. The food is good but they really need to work on their customer service.
