Normally I don’t have a problem here, but my last order it looks like they took a handful of old fries and threw them into the box, nasty and cold by the time I got home. The only thing at the bottom of the bag was my sauce. Cant even send a review to them since the app won’t give me the option.

We stopped here near the end of a long road trip about an hour before they closed. There is a decent amount of seating at this location. The food was chain quality and staff was friendly. I recommend using the mobile app as it helps with order accuracy and you get rewards as well.

Usually we love Chick-fil-A but this time was pretty sad. The food was great like usual but everyone working there seemed cranky. There were no “my pleasure” comments and they even seemed a little put out that there were customers there. Hopefully things will be back to normal next time.

The day I went, both lines were wrapped around the building. Couldn’t find where to get in line. Decided to wait….. took ~15min. They brought the food to my car, but I couldn’t get out of the line for another 5 min. The sandwich was good, but the waffle cut fries where soggy from condensation.

9.5/10 times, I would give it a full 5 stars all the way down! This trip was a bit of a disappointment. Our food was very slow to come out, my 70 yr old dad mentioned maybe they forgot about us. Our chicken was tiny (not normal), and they gave us all the wrong sauces. A lady who was cleaning the lobby was so kind and was able to fix the sauces. I’m not complaining. Maybe they were having an off day, and I get it. We will still go back lots of times. It’s almost always perfect and the staff there are a hoot!

5 people ate. When they delivered the food, they left off a sandwich and my husband had to go stand in line a second time to get it. Four people bought sandwiches and one nuggets. Three of the sandwiches had nice sized and battered pieces of chicken. Unfortunately, mine was half the size and very thin with super thick batter. Because the batter was so thick, it was soggy. The lettuce and tomato on the deluxe sandwiches were fresh and crisp and the waffle fries were good. If that were my first experience, though, I may not have returned.
