We stopped in for a gallon of the famous A&W rootbeer… yes you can get it out front with your food order. It was a blazing hot day and we were thirsty for a gallon of rootbeer to take home! Yes they have it! Ask for it and it’ll be yours to take home and enjoy! I don’t know if it was real or imagined, but it tasted better from the gallon versus the fountain self serve.

Ordered the Tuesday special. Got something totally different. Got charged for something totally different. Was so messy we couldn’t even eat in public. Too many teenagers working together. Apparently taking bets on who was eating most or how long. Soon after we sat down to eat our dinner, we heard one of the males say “well who got it”.

Hats off to the crew working on 4/28 evening shift. We stopped in after the ball game just before closing. As did the bus! We were first to order, but as the kids were ordering, somehow our order was missed. We asked about it, and eventually got it. But our kids meal was stuffed in with our regular food. It not easy getting a bus, but the crew just went with it. Sorry to keep ya late

Stole $5. Deal of the day on Saturday is a tender meal for $5 off. Because I didn’t mention it (even though I literally pointed at the sign with the deal) I got charged full price. When I mentioned it, the girl just shrugged her shoulder and said “sorry.” All she needed to do was refund the five dollar… it’s not like I was mad or anything… now I’m actually frustrated. Food was good though.

I love a&w. But the service was pretty horrible. They forgot my friends order all together. It wasn’t even busy there. They did give her a refund though, so there is that. Also, the food trays were bowed and warped. I almost spilled my food because of it. I still love the food. They should probably train their employees a bit more though.

Seriously, over $26 for 2 burgers, cheese curds and a small corn dog nugget?? FOR FAST FOOD?? That doesn’t even meet up to Culver’s that replaced you by the mall here in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and I think they are not fantastic either! But better prices! People will figure this out! You’ll be out of business again! But staff was amazing!
