I love their food, extras free and so fresh everytime. I especially like the caprese sandwich, but my secret is warming it up after I get it home… it’s so addicting. Staff is always fast and super kind. The best part is they deliver, who doesn’t want a sub sandwhich without having to go get it yourself when watching the game late or relaxing after work. Jimmy John’s is fine as a whole, but this location can not live by the freaky fast promise. Service is always slow – even when there are no other customers inside. During my visit this afternoon, one of the workers was on the phone, troubleshooting an order, which is understandable. Gotta take care of business. However, there was a second employee whom I guess was simply observing. Either way – good sandwiches, but prepare to wait a little extra than usual at this location.

went in at around 8:30 pm on the fourth. I knew a lot of other places were closing but I was VERY hungry and thought I’d try out Jimmy Johns. When I walked in, the man behind the counter was closing, I felt bad because as someone who works a job in food as well, I know how annoying it is when people come in for food while closing. But the guy behind the counter insisted that he still make my my sandwich. I reluctantly ordered, and he happily made my sandwich. AMAZING employee, AMAZING guy, and more of what we need to see around here. IF YOU SEE THIS, give him a raise!!!!

I was 1.5 miles from the store in Golden, but out of delivery area? Ordered online for in store pickup, 35 minutes later and no update on jj app. Drove down anyway after that long told them my order. Only one guy working, another guy standing around leaning against counter..Sat for another 15 minutes and I was given someone else’s order. 1 hour later finally got it. Freaky slow.

Not only are they overpriced here compared to other Jimmy Johns, they’re grossly understaffed and it will take an excessive amount of time to make your order. Plus every sandwich they made was screwed up, and they forgot one of our sandwiches. I got to JJs all over the country on a weekly basis, and this is by far has been to poorest experience. Highly recommend avoiding this one.

Driver called from only 2 blocks away from the store, asking where our address was when we had put it in correctly. Then called the wrong number 3 times in a row after calling us on the correct number the first time. We called him back and he said we would have to pick it up from the store ourselves. Rather frustrated by this.

Over priced… sandwiches went up to 9$… the nation average for the same sandwich is 6.50$. I can make my own for a lot less. I use jimmy johns for measurable quality and convenience. WHEN YOU START CHARGING A FAIR PRICE FOR A SANDWICH. THEN I WILL BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN.
