Totally nasty!!! Yesterday we bought 1 pepperoni pizza and after ate a couple of slices we found out that there was a cockroach in the dough . That was on April 28th in Sunrise, Florida location around 9pm. Last time I order in any of your location.

This store needs a management overhaul. I placed an order through the app for 6 pizzas, 3 crazy bread and two 2 liters of soda at 9pm for a 10:15 pickup. When I arrived at 10:20 the lobby had 7 other customers standing around waiting. The gentleman working the counter was completely overwhelmed. Apparently the issue was that there was no crazy bread ready, and everyone was VERY upset at how long they had been waiting. I could see our 6 pizzas sitting on the counter- not in the warmer whose door remained open throughout this entire process- but on the counter getting cold. A woman asked how long it would be, and the employee wouldn’t answer her. She asked for a manager. She was told there wasn’t one in the store, so she asked for a supervisor. She was told the supervisor doesn’t speak English. The employee then left the front of the store as more customers kept coming in and disappeared for over five minutes leaving the register abandoned. The supervisor finally arrived and could only say “one moment” and the return to hiding in the back. The crazy bread finally arrived and we left the group of very angry people behind. This was a complete breakdown of any level of service. Every one working on Friday August 12 at 10pm needs more training. Just a terrible customer service experience. Transaction Reference #241934700

While the food was prepared well the service was very under cooked. Imagine walking in saying hello, being ignored, and having your food plopped down in front of you, customer after customer. Well that was the experience of the day.

Terrible customer service ! The employees fight in front of customers, they are extremely rude and they take for ever to take an order. I am Latin and i speak Spanish and they only speak Spanish here witch was ok for me since I speak it and understand it but half of the other customers (English speakers ) could not understand nothing at all at what the cashiers were asking them .. the cashier was also lost and didn’t know how to take an order from an English speaking customer.. I really hope this gets to upper management to get some training done or new employees .. terrible extremely terrible !

Usually understaffed. If it’s not busy you get great pizza and service. If they’re busy they get overwhelmed quickly and you will wait an hour to get the wrong order. The employees try, but often it’s 1 or 2 people to run the whole place. It’s too bad because we generally like this location but it’s so randomly either great or not

Pizzas were great, but the employees don’t follow or use the system. I never got an email that they were ready. They also had no ideas my pizzas were done and they sat there over 15 minutes and they never used the pizza portal. Update: I finally received an email that they were ready 25 minutes after I picked them up!

The place was disgusting!.. The person taking the order was unprofessional and dirty. He was leaning all over the open boxes for the pizza as he was waiting for the pizza to place in the box. He had his whole body all over it!.. Then he dropped the tongs on the ground, picked them and used it to grabbed the pizza out the oven. Gross!!!… He didn’t bother to replace them or even washed them. That’s a health violation!.. The place is so dirty I know they got bugs and mishandled food in the back. Customers stay away from this place!!!!

Usually on point. This time I did a mobile order, when I entered the store my order was not ready. But I noticed they put it in the box for pickup but no one said anything and the screen didn’t even show the order. After about 10 minutes and no one even asked me if I’ve been assisted. I looked in the box myself and I can see my name on the order so I knew it was mine and then I asked and finally got my food.

They guy working by himself tonight around 8pm deserves a 5/5 for making a great pizza but the location gets a 1/5 for the long wait due to the short staffing. The employee needs to be paid the salary of a full staff since he’s technically working like it and had was really friendly. I was expecting the pizza to look like trash due to him having to rush so much to get through the long line but he’s clearly great at what he does! LC just needs to hire more people like him and pay them to stick around.
