Dolce Vita Restaurant has just launched their new Salumeria/Italian Deli located within the restaurant and it’s exactly what this area has been lacking; a high quality Italian Delicatessen providing authentic Italian meals for take out, outstanding sandwiches, and genuine Italian deli options not found anywhere local. The food and atmosphere will make you feel like you’re back on NY’s Mulberry Street! Kudos to Chef Joe and Arlene for giving Bluffton an authentic Italian experience like no other!

Definitely the best Italian food we have ever had in our lives. We hadn’t been here in a few years and now they added a deli. The angel hair pasta was definitely fresh made last night, and the chicken Parmesan was out of this world. We’ve been to several Italian restaurants, and this one consistently is the very best we’ve ever had.

If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Italian food, you have to visit Dolce Vita. We moved from NY to NC/SC almost 30 years ago and visiting Dolce is like a taste of home. We have never been disappointed. Make a reservation and check them out.

Horrible service.. Have been here many times but obviously the owners don’t care any more about their business. Asked if we could sit at a different table and were told no even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. We wanted to enjoy a glass of wine prior to ordering and asked if we could have bread -we were told they would serve bread once we ordered. Asked for spaghetti noodles versus rigatoni as my side and was up charged $12.00. When I questioned the bill I was told they always charge extra. I eat the same meal every time I go there and they have never until tonight put an up charge on the bill. I was there with my dear 86 year old friend celebrating her Birthday. They brought her the wrong meal with no apology – appeared more irritated than anything else. There were only 3 tables occupied in the entire place and we left at 7:30. Gee – can’t imagine why….will never go back. Such a shame they think they can treat customers in such a fashion.

This is my Favorite Italian Restaurant now! Family owned. So so good. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like family! Our 1st time there and we will be back! From The wine selections to the Appetizers and Entrees to desserts and after Dinner drinks,, Wow! The Best! Oh!! and besides what is on the menu, there are SO many Special Appetizers and Eneees to choose from! You won’t be disappointed, I actually want to keep it a Secret! Thank you all for everything!

Not quite what I expected but I’ll definitely try again order something different. Server was attentive as was the owner. I had veal picatta which was really chewy but the stuffed pepper appetizer was good. Ordered caesar salad, not what I expected taste-wise but the romaine was fresh. Just expected more flavor. Thank you for being so kind, I’ll just have to try something else, give it another chance.
