I ordered a pair coming with small size sub and a cup of potato soup. The hook and ladder sub tasted amazing with great sweet mustard and fresh vegetables. The soup makes the combo nutritionally balanced. Firehouse is an amazing sandwich brand!

TBH the service is great and everybody is nice and courteous and the food is great. However, I always seem to have trouble with my pickle(s) when I go here. I’ll either say “yes, I want the pickle on the side” or ask for an extra one. What can I say, I love me some pickles lol. Every time I get my food, I either don’t have any pickle or they forget the extra one. I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble or get an apology or anything cuz it’s really not that big of a dill… I just wanted to suggest maybe putting a reminder at the end of the line to check pickle preference on each order.

Great service. Even better food . Will be back as this was my first time going to firehouse. The bread (wheat) was soft and delicious and with the melted cheese on the turkey, bacon sub I was surprisingly full with just the medium size sun. Can’t wait to try the other subs !

Time to find a new sub shop, this is the last time I will waste my time & $ at this one. Been going downhill for a couple years, this time they totally messed up my order ahead…and the meatballs on my kids sandwiches looked like charcoal. How old do you think these meatballs are?!! Gross.
