Asked a coworker what was the best pizza in Freeport. He gave me 2 choices; emphasizing on Joe’s. So had to try it! Son and I ordered a large 5 topping of our choice. Let me tell you… On way home we made it just out of Cedarville n had to stop at the wayside. The aroma was to much to go any further. The pizza was given a 10/10 by my picky pizza boy. I gave the pizza a 9/10. I like just a little more sauce on mine. Flavor, amount/size of toppings and the cheese. OMG.. So next time your craving pizza, this is the place to go! Remember order online or call it in cause we are only two of the many that know of Joe’s Pizza!

Best pizza place located in downtown Freeport. I would suggest carry out or delivery as they are short staffed and the dining area is very small. The workers here are very nice and quick to help you. They are always busy so expect to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes if not more for your food. They have shorten their menu since they moved back so they no longer carry wings, fried mushrooms, ect. But their pizza is always delicious hot and fresh. Good amount of toppings and cheese. I also like their cheese sticks and garlic bread. I’m glad that they reopened and didn’t change their pizza recipe.

I’m from the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Freeport 3 years ago and been eating ok pizza. Pizza is like people we’re all kinda good. I don’t know how I didn’t realize that Joe’s was there. In my opinion it’s the BEST pizza in this little town. Reminds me of my youth. Thank you Joe’s staff for an amazing experience. I won’t go anywhere else.

I ordered a taco pizza it was made with Italian sausage it was nasty. Would of been nice to be informed it was made with Italian sausage. The delivery guy was very nice & polite. I ended up tossing the pizza. A waste of $22.00.
