The drive thru window person was not very clear, did not give directions as to what to do. I ordered online, but I wasn’t told to drive up to the window, Then I was missing one of my cinnamon twists, and the window person handed me the bag of food and shut the window. No thanks for stopping or that’s all. Nothing, so I was very confused by this person. I have never had an experience like this before. I’m not stupid, but usually you get told please pull up and thank you for stopping.

Ordered 6 box meals from the app, and none of them came in separate boxes like they should, so we had to figure out what was what, and each box contained 5 items. On top of that, they said the food was ready, and we still had to wait about 5 minutes for them to give us our food.

Marengo finally got a Taco Bell. Not overly exciting, but nice to have one locally for when you get a craving for something cheesy. Friendly and professional young staff and decent cheap food.

This location is absolute trash. Every time we order they skimp on all the ingredients. Sometimes your even lucky to get the ingredients. Would recommend avoiding and finding a different location

Every once and a while I go here to get a steak quesadilla and usually it’s alright but the last couple of times there barely filled with steak or cheese. I’d be a little bit less upset if it at least had cheese but it’s just the tortilla. Like hardly any cheese or steak and it’s like 10 bucks. It’s hard to say I’d come back again.

I wish we had a better taco bell. This location still doesn’t put anything in their tortillas. Soft shell tacos with a couple slivers of lettuce. A mexican pizza loaded with beans and not much of anything else. Food costs ALOT! You can at least put the food in the taco or burrito… I suggest going to belvidere or crystal lake. Itll be worth the drive.
