Turkey burger was soggy. Cranberry orange muffin was dry, hard, and flavorless. They’re also overpriced, $7 for added chicken to the Caesar salad, 3 and a half strips. Really disappointing.

The Staff here ( University Hospital Cleveland, OH) were absolutely delightful! Happy, helpful, polite and attentive. Prices are very high. The food is institutional processed food. My burger had no taste. The food issue isn’t the employees fault, it’s the junk Wolfgang buys.

Food is really good. They are proud of what they serve. My wife ordered a pizza and the manager came out to tell us the pizza had to be redone due to the quality. It was really nice that they do that to maintain the high standards. We had time so we dont mind waiting for perfectly cooked pizza. My shrimp pasta was perfect. Shrimp cooked to perfection.
