Tables are always dirty, employees are seen in the back on their phone in between orders. (Victor) gentlemen in the front with glasses was very rude to me about taking in two coupons, I came in last time and they took it with out any problem. They should have a sign on register saying “ one coupon per person” Please do better Yoshinoya especially at this location in Sylmar

Follows COVID19 guidelines. Had to eat in the car, but it’s safer for everyone. BBQ beef and original beef. I think original beef is still the best. Plenty of parking space as one big store is permanently closed, maybe it’s Albertson’s? Not sure. Yoshinoya is one of my favorite places since college days. Help local businesses during the pandemic!

This place is horrible. I ordered an order of orange chicken plus my sisters order and they completely forgot the orange chicken. They messed up my drink, as well. We attempted to order the orange chicken again, right after it happened, and it said the store was closed. The website said they close at 11pm. Goes to show why they messed up my order. Don’t go here, this whole plaza is full of poor customer service.

True story… I once drove a Maserati to this Yoshinoya location and a lot of heads turned to see who in the world would drive such a nice car to this restaurant. The truth is, I flew into Burbank and got my rental car upgraded, but all I wanted that afternoon was a delicious lunch and Yoshinoya fit the bill! Loved the friendly service, quick & tasty meal, and of course, the cleanliness at this location. Too bad there’s no drive-thru, but it was a convenient stop off the 5 freeway. Look forward to next time, though I doubt I’ll be rolling in a Maserati again. If you like this review, I’ll post the Maserati pictures!
