If you order curbside, just go inside and pick it up. Sat in my car for 10 minutes looking at my drink just sitting there. Ended up going inside and getting it myself. Why offer curbside if you don’t actually do it?

Today my daughter and I visited this Dunkin Doughnut. This location has been our Wednesday tradition since 2013. Nevertheless, I purchased two ice cream cones and decided to try their dairy free ice cream. After paying for both, and tipping the cashier Kalya(she was very polite) I then walked towards the door and took a lick of the dairy free ice cream. I did not like the taste. I returned back to the cashier Kayla and asked if I could switch it for another flavor. The manager Rinku immediately rushed over stated “NO”. I asked why and she pointed out “we have spoons to taste it”. I pointed out I was not aware of this process or was I even offered to taste it before buying. She said “This isn’t her fault and I can throw the ice cream away if I don’t like it!) After seeing how aggressive and impolite Rinku was conducting herself, I decided not to engage any further with her as my little girl was standing there in disbelief. I’m sorry to say after this negative experience tarnishing my evening with my daughter, I will NEVER go back or recommend this Dunkin Doughnut location to anyone.

This place is always a problem when it comes to making smoothies every dunkin donuts adds ice cream yogurt to make smoothies this place had a problem with adding it and denied the request when it’s seems to be there signature receipt… this will be the 3rd time there’s a issue at this location. Never again goin back to this place!!!!

I’m never going back to this store again. The older indian lady was very disrepectful. Might own the franchise, but she has zero customer service skill. Honestly speaking, the way she made the coffee latte was not good either. In short, I will not visit this location again.

This location consistently has long lines every morning. About 3 to 4 employees are making orders, and 1 person rings up everyone. I think when the lines are obviously pretty long reaching the door that someone should step in to assist the 1 person that’s ringing up customers to move the lines along. I ordered curbside a few weeks ago, and no one ever brought my order to the car….I ended up going inside to get it myself. I really hope this location improves in service.

I purchased a caramel cappuccino 2 days in a row. This morning I had a moment to meet the guy making the coffee and I thanked him. All my friends know that I am particular about my espresso. My cappuccino yesterday and today was delicious and consistent.

The original cappuccino blast was terrific! Would give that a 5. The turkey, egg and cheese croissant was okay. The sausage flavor was weak and the sandwich was barely warm even though I ate it immediately in the car. It gets a 3.
