We were told that all the back end employees called out. We were told also that corporate requires them to do drive thru over pick up/eat in. Several customers walked out of got refunds because of this. Lots business and possibly permanently lost customers. Overheard manager say something about temporarily closing the inside but another said corporate wouldn’t like that. Horrible wait time 20 minutes for 2 Cobb salads at the drive. Was told to pull down and they would bring it out <20 minutes later. I ask why it took so long and she said they were really busy in drive thru. I said I know they have been driving by kme with their orders like crazy. A previous trip thru the drive thru I ordered the same Cobb salad and was told they didn't have any chicken. I said this is a chicken restaurant but left empty handed. Every time I go to pick food up here, they have to start out by telling me what I can’t order due to shortages. This recent visit, they were out of FRIED CHICKEN… I am pretty sure that is supposed to be the signature dish. I don’t get how a GM could allow the store to get low on the most popular item on the menu.

Decent food… Price alittle high decent service decent speed.. they always try to close before thier actual closing time but will still take your order until 10pm. Cobb salad chedder bites and chicken fingers meal all pretty good

First off it was a long wait in the drive-thru before my order was even taken. The girl was nice enough but the wait was excessive for the amount of traffic. I ordered a salad and a “hand crafted peach tea”. After another long wait I received my order. The tea was disgustingly bitter, warm, and there was no indication that there was any peach in it at all. When I got home and opened the salad, I was extremely disappointed. It was the worst zaxby’s salad I had ever seen. there was very little lettuce and it did not appear to be the freshest. the cucumber was kind of slimy, and the fried onions were not where to be found. For the high dollar they charge for their salads I was not expecting such a poor quality product. Very disappointing and will make me not want to patronize a Zaxby’s again for a very long time, especially the one in Martin TN

Went to get food before work at the Martin TN location and the doors were locked and it was 11:30am so they were supposed to be open for an hour and a half at that time… so I was upset and disappointed and then had to go to work without food because I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else

I got a 3 piece tender meal with fries and a drink. Since I got it to go I did not look at it or taste it before I left however when I got home and I only live 3 minutes away, all of the food was cold, the fries were soggy and the chicken tenders were well overcooked.
