Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The general manager is the most incompetent person I have ever met. I watched him treat his employees and his customers like trash. I had two groups of people in-front of me walk out due to the lack of service by the employees and the manger. I had to order twice, My own doing, But both times the kid who helped me had no idea what he was doing. I can only assume there was little to no training.

We ordered a Large Mocha Frappe on the app. Normally it costs $3.79 but the app usually gets you $2 off and the total was $1.92. This makes it considerably cheaper than the Starbucks equivalent. I always joke with my wife and tell her it’s just “a chocolate milkshake with caffeine”. While it’s really delicious I often wonder why the outside of the cup is ALWAYS sticky. Who wants to drive with sticky hands?

I don’t normally write reviews and especially not negative ones, but this place is a dumpster fire. I’m on a carnivore diet so I only eat meat. I occasionally stop by if I forget to pull meat out of the freezer for work. I order a beef patty with cheese and bacon. That’s it…nothing else on it. No bun, no condiments, just meat, cheese, bacon. They mess it up every time…and it takes forever. I just don’t know if the kids here just don’t give a damn or are new or what, but service is awful. I’m sure they are good people and are underpaid so I feel for them, but they can’t follow instructions…

First I have to wait at the first window for the guy to finish texting while the card reader dings away ready for my card to be pulled out. Then once I got my food they told me to pull forward to stall 1 to wait for my sweet tea. 3 customers and 10 minutes later I still didn’t receive my drink…. Thanks for wasting my time…

This place has always been great up until the last few times I’ve been there. Las two times there’s been some little punk Mexican high school boys with bad attitudes trying to look hard. Lol please I know women that would clear y’all. Not to mention we ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened. Went back and asked them to correct it and got unsweetened again. Not sure if it wasn’t made properly or if the little punk did it intentionally. Quit acting like tough guys when you 80lbs and look like you have the masculinity of 13 year old girls. Where I come from acting like that can get you hurt. SMH lol

Every time we come to this location the order is incorrect. Today, we ordered two cheeseburgers with extra pickle and onion, drove home. They were plain. We drove all the way back, they gave the “correct” ones. They both had 2 pickles and no onions. You might as well take the extra time to drive to the dekalb oasis mcdonald’s.

The kids who work here are so impolite. Like—yeah, I get it. No one likes to be at work, but part of the service industry job requires you to slap on a fake smile and be courteous. This McDonald’s crew could learn a thing or two from the kids working at Culver’s, that’s top tier customer service.

Brought my daughters in for breakfast and there’s trash and fries all over the floor only 2 or 3 clean tables, ice machine empty, stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone even acknowledged I was standing there, some god awful hip hop blasting from the kitchen, and a employee that was definitely not wearing work appropriate clothing. And I’m pretty sure that’s a tooth in the third picture.
