Always stop here on my way to Norfolk from Council bluffs and vise versa so my dog can use the bathroom. Usually the bathroom smells and dirty but I think after this I will stop at the other gas station in North bend or a gas station in Columbus ne. On July 10th at 810pm there were 2 employees in the kitchen and 1 on register and only 2 were is somewhat uniform and the 2 in the kitchen were just talking to each other with no cares in the world it felt like. Didn’t get a photo of outside trash was full or the sub end cap was out of order as well

I know it’s not the best Casey’s ever but I’d like to comment to Ben. Perhaps if you wouldn’t let your dog use the bathroom, or if you cleaned up better after him, the person behind might have a better experience. Good staff is hard to find, and as a local, I’m in on a regular basis. Most of them are trying to do well. There are far worse places around! Dont be scared off… it is fine!

I live one block away so it’s like family over there. Everyone is nice friendly and helpful except for the tall dark haired guy who has worked there at the register for a long time. He just gets ruder and less friendly everytime I go there. Last time I was there he was the only checker and I was the only customer I stood at the counter waiting for him to ask what I needed while he organized his wallet. After a few minutes the girl from the deli came over and helped me. I won’t go back there when he’s working.

Caseys pizza has become our favorite. This location on pratt makes mistakes with our order pretty regularly but fixes the problem generously. Last time they got a topping wrong, they gave me the faulty pizza free, made the correct one, and a free pizza cupon for the inconvience. I discovered their savy for making happy customers when I confirmed that 10 cupons from the pizza box for a free pizza was no longer available. Where most locations said your out of luck, the pratt store gave me a free pizza cupon. We shop at hy vee and redeem our gas discounts at Caseys too. Always the place in the middle of nowhere, always open and offering discounts for vets more than most.
