Ordered pizza yesterday on the Marco’s app…it was perfect! I pre-ordered and was picking it up at 6:15pm. I walked in at 6:14 and the guy was slicing it. The order was correct – the staff was friendly – the pizza was nice and fresh – not greasy at all! I don’t eat much pizza, but this was a great experience! Kudos to the entire staff!

We always love Marcos pizza from the Villa Rica location but tonight was a tremendous disappointment. It took over an hour to be delivered. When we finally got the pizzas they all 3 were barely warm. Worst of all not any of the pizza crust had risen properly and were flat and doughy. Definitely not worth the $55 it cost me!

Poorly managed place. Unprofessional crew yelling at each other, listening to loud inappropriate music. My order has been incomplete or not even made at all on several different occasions. Highly unlikely to order from here anytime in the near future.

We bought pizza there all the time but quality and customer service has gone down. The last time we ordered for pickup and we were told 20 minutes. When we got there right on time there was a long line and someone was blocking the drive through for over 15 minutes. When we finally picked up the pizza it was cold. The worst thing was the amount of toppings. 5 pieces of ham and 7 pieces of salami sliced into tiny pieces. This was a large pizza, almost no toppings! Never again!
