You want to know why I love Marcos so much? Because I can order pizza without cheese! I can’t usually do that anywhere else but Marco’s. I can’t have cheese and I love that I can order a yummy pizza with all the toppings that I want and it’s still tastes amazing!

First let me say the pizza is always hot and fresh. BUT the delivery is terrible. I chose contactless since my kids were sick and the driver demanded I open the door and sign and give him a tip. Then calls and says he can input the tip himself. I will not eat pizza after he left with my pizza and brings it back upset abt a tip. I’m so disappointed because I love Marco’s pizza.

Every single time I order from this marcos I ask for extra garlic sauce cups and they don’t bring me any. This order I ordered garlic bread and 2 pizzas with 5 extra cups of garlic sauce, usually a garlic sauce comes with the cheesy bread but this marcos took the sauce out of the cheesy bread and didn’t give me a single one. The past 4 times I’ve ordered from there they have given me none and I’ve had to drive up there after getting my delivery and come home to a cold pizza because they don’t know how to put sauce in the box or check orders before they leave the store. Terrible employees and service every single time! ( I wrote everything before this 10 months ago…. I STILL NEVER GET ANY GARLIC SAUCE!!!! ) I’m about to be done with the place entirely and will just find something else to eat because I’ve specifically asked for a note put on my address to ALWAYS give a garlic cup with our orders..

Besides making and delivering pizza their only job is to make sure the order is correct. The last few times we have ordered the pizza was incorrect and looked extremely old. Here are two pictures for comparison. the first pizza that was delivered and the replacement. The second picture is a pizza we just received after ordering a large thin crust extra cheese pizza. It might be time to find a new delivery company

I usually had a decent experience with Marco’s Pizza in other areas, but when I had ordered an XL deluxe which only half has the sausage and the other half has the mushrooms, they put mushrooms on the whole thing. I called and they apologized and said they’d fix it so I offered to pick it up, I should’ve checked before I left so it is my own fault, but they put the mushrooms and sausage on the same side with an entire pizzas worth of mushroom burried under the sausages, so basically half of each pizza got thrown out due to allergies… will not be ordering again…

I have always been a fan of Marco’s. And this particular location has to be top of my list going forward. Ordered their two topping special just few minutes before they close. They still took the order and served with a smile. Don’t even get me started on the generous veggie toppings they use. Haven’t seen like that from any chain stores. Made my night and can’t appreciate enough!!
