I was really impressed when I showed up at approximately 9 AM with a large order. I needed two boxes of Joe to go and two dozen donuts. They were able to fill my order within 5 to 6 minutes and the store was clean. The line was moving quickly and the food was great.

To be honest, I’m not usually impressed with a Dunkin’ Donuts, except for a couple so far, and this just happened to be one. The donuts were very good, but I was mostly impressed by the service, by someone who was kind and genuinely there to help. They weren’t annoyed when it took me a bit to decide on what donuts I wanted, and you know what I mean. Especially with all the special donuts out these days. Also the location was clean and easy to get in and out of quickly, with good parking and a drive thru.

I have never seen such team work and efficiency from a Dunkin staff. These guys were slammed with a drive thru line around the building and many customers inside. I ordered inside and still got my correct order within 5 minutes of ordering

I used the drive thru because I was pressed for time. I put my order in at the window & requested a dozen donuts, all filled. I didn’t check the box before I left. When I got to my destination, I discovered that the order was a standard assortment with only 3 filled donuts. I was very disappointed that they didn’t listen when the order was placed.

I’ve lived in NC since April and I always go to this one, because it’s two minutes from my house. They started out good, but I haven’t had a good iced coffee from there in a while. I have worked at a Dunkin before and then normal amount of product they put in a large is 6 pumps. I normally get a large caramel iced coffee with six pumps liquid sugar, six pumps cream, and nine pumps of caramel. I get it this way, because I like ALOT of caramel to where it’s crazy sweet. The past two times I’ve gone there, it has tasted like plain coffee and the coffee taste isn’t even good. It taste burnt. I can’t taste any caramel or any cream and they didn’t even put liquid sugar in it. They put the grainy sugar in.
