I came by the store today to meet up with my friend and help support the CSUF Archery club AND experience my first ever Ubatuba acai bowl!! Had a great time chilling in a really nice location. I parked just across the street in the Fox Theater/McDonald’s parking lot and used the crosswalk at Harbor and East Chapman.

There’s something special about this place. Their açaí is extra concentrated that needs to be scooped into the bowl, which is different than the other places that blend it. It makes the price point worth it, knowing the quality of the ingredients! Outdoor seating and free parking available is also a plus.

I was visiting California and was in the mood for an acai bowl. Googled Ubatuba, had fun saying the name, and decided to give it a try. And wow! They did not disappoint! Ended up going 3 days in a row before deciding I should take a break! Took a day or two off and then went back a few more times before my visit was over. Definitely looking forward to going back the next time I’m on the west coast! Or, better yet… open a shop in New York!

Really good authentic açaí. Customer service was not the best. Not friendly and seemed like they had a bad attitude. Açaí was great though the only thing I wish is that it wasn’t so frozen, it was hard to eat from being so frozen. Also wish that you could layer topping and just not have them on top.
