It’s decent pho, though I feel like the amount of meat is a little lacking. The flavor of the broth was good but I’m used to clearer broths.

Ordered the steak and brisket Pho with hot and spicy broth. Pho is lacking flavor altogether. You can taste a decent amount of star anise (traditional) or possibly clove, but that’s really it, tastes like hot water with star anise.

While living near Boulder this was one of my favorite places to get vegetable pho with a coconut milk taro boba tea! Sometimes I would even go for just the boba tea! Staff was always friendly 🙂

The food here is ok, but not great, and a bit pricy for what you get. Presentation is sometimes poor. I thought they had left out half of the veggies in my bun dish, only to find them buried under the noodles.

The vegan tofu noodle bowl is great, and it’s gluten free as a bonus! Their Thai tea is premixed with dairy, so it’s not available as a vegan option, which is a bummer. Service is average- I’ll go back for the noodles for sure.

The menu is very bland but has the types of foods most people would probably go for so it’s really a Vietnamese restaurant for the masses. With that, the quality is so-so. We each had pho bowls and as expected, the size of the bowls is gargantuan. Traditional pho was never served in bird baths so I don’t know where this trend came from but it’s prevalent in every pho place now. I guess it’s the Americanization of another dish.
