Literally the first customer when they open for breakfast. Ordered French toast meal which consisted of balls of soggy dough that was inedible and half cold tater tots. Call and spoke to Crystal (manager) and advised meal was terrible and she advised to come back by when I could and she would replace meal. Come by about a week later for meal replacement and Crystal is working. She has a horrible attitude and hands me a bag with just French toast sticks. When I stated that the entire meal was supposed to be replaced she says she can’t do that she is only replacing the main item I had a problem with. ????? Who does that? If anything she should have been willing to replace the meal for the time and inconvenience of knowingly putting out horrible food. I have pictures of the French toast below because I could not believe how anyone could serve that to customers

Food was alright, but the problem is the staff. It was a huge inconvenience for us to be in there ordering food. We waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone took our order. Meanwhile people are walking back and forth hoping that we would leave. Other orders were made before ours and when ours was made it sat there until the person got good and ready to put it in the bag. And no the restaurant was not busy.
