Usually my go to for New York style pies, it’s the best of the “pizzeria” style pizzas in Aurora. Relatively new, they now have a website with online ordering up and running for my fellow introverts who dread talking on the phone. They’re pizza is always fresh and tasty but today I finally tried their Sicilian and OMG I was blown away! It’s their best pizza, hands down! It was large, delicious, crispy crust, melty cheese and savory sauce, it really reminded me of those long pizzas we had in my youth after little league games. Seriously this will be my permanent go to for now on, no more ‘big 3’ roulette. Also the owner/staff are super nice and always friendly/helpful!

Been here before… the pizza was passable, NOTHING special… and my 9 year old son was hungry so we ordered some food and proceeded to wait. I inquired if I could use the bathroom, as there was a chair set in the hallway, obviously to block access. The lady behind the counter informed me that they no longer offered a public restroom because someone tore up their bathroom not long ago. She then told me I had plenty of time to walk over to the walmart to use their restroom. Remember, I was there with my 9 year old son. No apology for the inconvenience, more of an attitude like… “ha ha… one member of the human race ruined it for you so deal with it”…

The food was stellar! The wings were meaty and well cooked. The pizza was excellent too but the garlic knots were the best thing we ate. As out-of-towners, we didn’t know it wasn’t really geared for people planning to dine-in. No fountain sodas, and only paper plates and plastic silverware. The staff were nice too. This pizza joint is worth it, just plan to do carry out.

I’ve had a few orders from here, so I’ll give it three stars for the past orders, and I could have gave it 5, if not for the last two orders. The dough is amazing, as is the sauce. Last night’s order was sub par by far, and incorrect. I ordered an XL pizza and BONELESS Buffalo (hot) wings, and I got regular wings instead. Brought it up at the counter after paying and that’s about as far as that went. No one in my house will eat wings with bones ♀️ … so the meal was not complete and the pizza wasn’t as good as usual either. Sadly.

I thought by appearances that this might be one of those hidden gems. I was way off in the wrong direction. If this is what authentic N.Y. pizza is about, then that’s why it’s called the big apple instead. Hands down there are several better pie places within walking distance of this pizza place. I would put a microwave pizza up against their pizza and I would most likely beat it 75% of the time and then the pizza is only a buck fifty at Walmart just 100 feet away. Don’t waste your money here, instead if you want disappointment you can have pizza gut or domino’s deliver it. There are two much better zaa places just 1 mile east and better atmosphere. This a response to the reply from pizza 72 about my review. I do appreciate your ability to handle criticism in a business manner. I would like to give you an additional star just for your stand up and by your product. I however can’t due to actions witnessed by me about your personal conduct in person. My rating is legitimate and solid. My parents always told me that you never get a second chance to make a first impression. One of the other testaments to a quality pie is its’ ability to be eaten cold the next day and remain tasty, your pie did not pass that test either. This was a pizza you made personally. Again, I applaud your stand up character, however my review stands as originally called and I will not be back for any additional menus items. Thank you and good luck to you sir. ALRIGHT NOW, This is like 5/20/23. For no apparent reason, I witnessed the Owner give a personal pie to a gentleman that appeared to be struggling or homeless for no reason at all. This is perplexing to me since the Owner and this gentleman(Dominic) didn’t even speak to each other prior. This isn’t a hand out place but the Owner deserves an additional heart for his action if I could upgrade a star and a half I would. GREAT HEART Owner.

Their wings were fresh, juicy and delicious. The Superbad! BBQ has a good quick to it. The Garlic Parm is really really good, better than Buffalo Wild Wings, and I like BWs. I saved the garlic parm sauce to put on my toast. So good! The staff was friendly and down-to-earth. I will go back there again.
