My mom and I ordered a few plates to share. The dumplings were cold, and we had to send them back. When they were returned, they were piping hot as if they were microwaved. Also the flavor was not anything to go crazy over. They honestly tasted like they were the frozen store bought kind.

Not a bad experience but didn’t taste authentic or at all fresh, or made in house.

My families favorite local Hibachi, hate to give out the best nights, but Hibachi cook Jackie Chan works Monday and Thursday, very funny and puts on a great show! Always good food and service, cold food is cold, warm food is warm, staff is sweet ♡

Just not a good experience here. Son ordered the Kracken roll and no where on the menu does it say it has spicy mayo on it. He hates mayo on sushi and couldn’t eat it. When we told the waitress there was no apology, no offer to redo it, just asked if he wanted anything else. He ordered a different roll which he said was ok but they charged me for both anyway. It took them 20 minutes to bring new roll. The sushi rice was over cooked and pasty. The spring rolls were over cooked and almost burnt. Ginger salad and clear soup were decent but they are pretty difficult to screw up.

Quaint and quiet little restaurant slightly hidden from view but definitely worth finding. Came in from out of state looking for Japanese/Hibachi. Went with the highest rated spot in Easley that had grill issues, so this was our second choice and after eating there should have been our first. Very pleased with every aspect of our visit. We were hungry so we chose to forgo the show lol.

Great food at great prices. Staff is friendly and attentive. All of us got hibachi. The soup was very flavorful and my dinner was enough for 2 meals. You definitely won’t leave hungry!

We had a birthday party for 12. The waitress was rude right away. The chef was nice but the food was tasteless. It was the 1 st time there for many of us and also the last. Would definitely not recommend.

Not great. The restaurant itself smells like a dirty mop. Not one grain of salt or other seasoning on the edamame. Chicken teriyaki was a white bland piece of dry chicken with a little sauce slashed on top. The fried rice was decent. Salad was water logged. Miso soup was flavorful. Sushi was mid. Maybe you’ll like it but I won’t be back.

We decided to eat lunch at dozo’s in Easley SC. We have been here before for the live hibachi show where they cook everything in front of you. And it was really good. Today however they only had the sit down restaurant going. They were busy. There was only one waitress. She was overwhelmed, not her fault. I ordered the hibachi shrimp and scallop meal for $14.99 . My wife had the shrimp hibachi meal for $9.99. when they cook it in front of you, they ask you if you want this gooey soy sauce or just regular no sauce. The waitress did not ask. It just came out with this gooey soy sauce all over everything. I normally don’t have them put any sauce on anything, but she didn’t ask or tell us. We were okay with that, but the scallops were chopped in half to make it look like there was more. Maybe two. There were four shrimp, and the vegetables all had this goose sauce on it. The fried rice was barely fried. It was more brown and white rice together. I bit into a scallop, and it tastes so nasty it had to be bad spoiled something. I have never tasted a scallop that bad that I had to spit it back out. They did take the meal off cuz I didn’t need it. I definitely don’t recommend sit down eating unless it’s the live person doing it, where you’re asked what you would want on your food.

We eat here often and Today we ordered an American dream roll for our 7 year old daughter. When the roll came out it had spicy mayo on top of it and My wife said that roll isn’t suppose to have spicy mayo on it and the server named “JIN” started to argue and said the shrimp tempura roll has spicy mayo. My wife said it’s not the shrimp tempura it is an American dream roll and asked to see a menu and the server said oh our menu doesn’t list everything and my wife said that we had never had an issue before. The server walked away and then returned a few seconds later and leaned down and asked me Sir do you want everything on your rolls? I said I sure do. She was very unprofessional, rude and kept wanting to argue. She even told my wife that next time she needs to tell the server she doesn’t want any sauce and my wife told her there wouldn’t be a next time and JiN walked away shrugging her shoulders. We spent 81.00 and I believe she is also the manager. She definitely needs to learn better customer service skills and how to stay calm under pressure. DOZO lost a customer over a simple mistake that could have been remedied very quickly but instead JIN wanted to argue.
