I love these subs and I make sure to come to this location because I’ve always been extra satisfied. Not today. Walked in and 0 from 3 employees looked at me and was not greeted at all. Shortly after, a Caucasian male walks in and was directly greeted and taken care of…but that’s a whole different story. Always clean… Very nice employees… They have my most favorite sandwich too. The smokehouse BBQ sandwich without mayonnaise and add chopped up pickles with extra BBQ sauce on the side. I use to work at the Daytona location and had a blast every shift. I enjoyed working at Firehouse Subs. Everything was washed properly and all food was stored correctly. Good teamwork and very sanitary restaurant. Good location on US1 aka Ridgewood Ave. By the way, the baked cookies they make are soft and delicious. And the Chicken and Dumplings soup tastes homemade as if my momma made it in our kitchen. I would definitely suggest others to go in here and try out a sub sandwich. The prices are reasonable and you can always ’round Up’ to the nearest dollar to Donate the change to the Firefighters.

When entering this firehouse subs I didn’t get no greeting.. I been to this numerous fire house subs and always get a greeting. Welcome to firehouse subs! every time I come here they don’t greet me or anyone that walk into the restaurant… and when asked why? the response is I don’t like to greet… wow smh! This is how customer’s are treated.. just sad!

If I could give them zero stars, I would give them zero stars. I had my first and last experience with fire house subs. I went in there ordered two subs. Both were made wrong. I called up there. The manager that was on duty was super rude and lied to me I asked to speak to the general manager the next day and got another manager who told me the general manager said she could not help me because I was not willing to drive back to the restaurant 35 minutes the same day after I got off work to replace a sub that they messed up and that there was nothing that they could do about it. Sorry have a great day, worst experience in the restaurant I have ever had worst customer service I have ever had don’t waste your time at the Ridgewood location or just go to Subway or Jersey Mike’s they have no problem remaking your food if they mess up

BE CAREFULL!! BE VERY CAREFULL!! Great Firehouse, good sandwiches, clean restaurant. But never order double meat. Per the receipts (3 days apart) same exact order but one has double meat for $2.50, the other shows $2.00 + $2.00 for extra meats.
