I would have to say this place is very disappointing the food selection is poor and the management lacks discipline I was confronted by the manager telling me that I could not take pictures of the setup and food and wanted to argue that point sad if your hungry and want Community food go to another golden corral establishment this place need out lots of it discipline

Staff was nice, friendly, but a little slow to bus the tables. NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. Food was nothing any different than I could get at any mom and pop diner. I was concerned that the butter tub was runny on the outside, indicating the refrigeration table was not working. Cold stuff was probably too warm. Out of bowls by the ice machine, really?!

Cashier was Great! If I could , I would give her 5 stars! Food was okay. Server was terrible! She didn’t acknowledge me for over 20 minutes. They wasn’t busy enough for this to happen. No forks for the 20 minutes. Talked to the manager, really don’t think that did anything. Left very disappointed.

People this days are demanding perfection, it doesn’t EXIST, humans will never be perfect. If I take the time to write a comment it’s because I talk facts, yes, this location has its flaws, but the servers are working hard, cooks are working hard for YOU. I love coming here, and for me they have steam vegetables I can’t find anywhere else. I have a specific diet, and their foods here at Golden Corral in NorthRichland Hills is my place to come to enjoy my steamed vegetables, Salad Bar is great. They might need to work on some of their issues but their constantly cleaning, sweeping. For comfort food, and great selections for low sodium, people with diabetes, high cholesterol individuals theirs choices here. Thank you all staff, servers, cooks, and their Management for your hard work!

The staff was friendly and food was better than good but not excellent. There were some areas of tue restaurant that needed to be cleaned, starting with the sneeze guards. This place needs a face-lift. It was decent in there because of the fans they had going. I wonder why big corporations like these guys keep building new locations instead of fixing the ones that need it.

This is the worst Golden Corral I’ve ever been to. Food was old & hard The food was blain no seasoning at all. The 2 good things were the steak & mashed potatoes. We asked for chicken fried steak & ribs they didn’t have it but the menu said they did. The server didn’t know any English. The icee machine didn’t work, only vanilla worked on the ice cream machine & it was dirty & nasty. No cotton candy. The dessert bar looked gross cakes were hard candy everywhere. We should have gotten our money back. The kids didn’t even like the food. I think they were trying to close down everything early before it was time to close. We got there at 6 o’clock. Half the restaurant was closed off already. They weren’t putting up new food that needed to be refreshed. The bathrooms were gross. Guess the staff here didn’t want to clean up the restaurant so I guys you’ll leave and not stay and eat.

Well today the food was all a little cold…still good but we wondered how they could start a buffet this big with only four cars in the parking lot? Manet we came too early,usually everything is super good . Just an off day I guess. Will be back soon to try again.

This place has pretty good food, and the waitress was helpful and nice. Honestly there weren’t any issues except that the building is a bit old and probably needs some renovations, but that doesn’t really affect the rating. Overall a nice place to eat with good food and somewhat good environment.

This place is awful. It is old and very dirty. We have tried it several times, as our favorite location in Keller, closed. It was a super nice GC, and now all we have near us is this horrible one. Don’t know how the company allows such a huge variation of their locations. If you like GC, stay away from this one, as it is a totally different experience.
