Please be nice to the people who work here. They are doing their best but ordering was the most stressful thing and I do not recommend. Could not hear each other, had to repeat order 3 times. Reviewed the receipt to ensure everything was correct. It was, I thought. Still received wrong coffees from the other employee when I checked them. Then I got in the car and realized Despite having repeatedly clarified 2 muffins, one blueberry and one coffee cake. I only got a blueberry. To be fair they did not charge me for the other. They just literally did not put it in the POS despite the lengthy discussion. I feel trolled, haha. Merry Christmas and I hope the owner is reading. Spread love not hate.

stood waiting patiently for my drink for over 10 minutes, instead of nicely asking me what I was waiting for the one woman employee said to the younger man employee “i don’t know what her problem is why is she still standing there” and he replied with “I don’t know I gave her, her donut” I said how I was still waiting for my drink and they all rudely stared at me. My donut was then also the wrong donut.

IF YOU PAY CASH MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PROPER CHANGE! Lady at register tried to give me just coins then quickly walked away from register, I said “you still owe me the dollar bills” which she proceeds to say “no I gave them to you”. Eventually I got my dollar bills. I can tell the difference between an innocent mistake and a scheme… this lady was scheming.

First time I visited this location, the man that worked there was incredibly nice. My sons and I visited today and it was a bad experience. The older woman that waited on us was very rude. She seemed impatient with the time it took my youngest son to pick a donut. She seemed particularly agitated when I paid with a gift card. In the middle of the transaction, she handed us off to a very nice younger woman. Disappointed with how we were treated.

I go to this location every single morning right before work, and sometimes I am in a rush and I will walk up to the counter and without ordering yet my drink is already made ready for me. They saw me walking in and made it right away for me to help me get in and out. I love this place and the management team is Outstanding. If i could give more stars I would.

Professional and delicious! I have used them for catering from time to time and the pricing is fair. As long as you give them advance notice, the manager is awesome. The staff is friendly so again time is the key here. Other than that, it’s a simple task of making the order and picking it up! You can even email them or order online through the store website, so you have a receipt and everyone is “on the same page” sorta speak. The location is simple to find since it’s off a main highway intersection too. Awesome crew, clean place, thanks again for the service!

Never really had a problem ordering from here, but today 06/02/2021 the man who works there kept yelling at the lady that works with him for absolutely no reason, every time she would open her mouth to say something, he would yell at her and he also made threatening moves towards her as if he was going to hit her. She was terrified of him and also started crying, I felt really uncomfortable….
