Decided to try the local McDonald’s. Screw that. Between 630-730 pm on 9 July 2023 went through the drive thru. Our order was cheeseburger meal (#7) large fry and coke, and my husband Big Mac without onion and pickle large fry and coke with a 20 piece nugget on the side, honey mustard as sauce. We get home and realize okay no sauce no big deal. Then in the fries there is a black med-long hair, the second cheeseburger didn’t really have onions. So okay we will call nope they did t even give the receipt in the bag. We got used to rifle. Like it’s fast food I get it. But the hair to be in the food. Worst feeling ever.

Literally just don’t go there. You can order what ever you want but you won’t get what you ordered. Even tho you asked them to double check 3 times. That’s all I can say without being rude or my review getting deleted. The poor owners of this location should be ashamed and worry about all the lost money!!

Stopped for a quick bite coming home from Denver. Ordered from the kiosk, only one person in front of us and 1 car in the drive thru. 35 minutes later, still no food! Tried to ask if they knew how much longer, could not find anyone to ask. Someone finally came out to the counter, where we asked for a refund and left. No apologies from employees. Should have checked the reviews before going there, we would have chosen a different restaurant.

Have been stuck in the drive through on multiple occasions for 10-15 minutes after ordering an ice coffee so I thought I would go in this time to speed up the process. Didn’t make a bit of a difference to over 10 minutes to get an ice coffee and a cup of ice water and the order was still wrong!! I will just go back to using the rifle location. This place is a joke

We ordered 8 apple pies we got 5 and said that the other 3 would be a 10 minute wait and they said that instead of waiting we can get something else so we got cookies and in stead of getting 3 cookies they gave us 6 cookies and they are so nice
