Went all the way to little Caesar’s to get two hot and ready pizzas and they said they weren’t doing but online orders. So tried to do order online and can only choose to pay with card and all I had was cash. So tried calling them and still nothing. So now I’ve wasted my gas for nothing. Thank y’all for NOTHING. I will also be reporting y’all to corporate and letting them know y’all turned people away. I will NEVER come back!!!!!

Both of our pizzas looked like they attempted to cut it but didn’t, and they were rude when we went in to get it. We did the mobile order and the number didn’t work for the warmer and when we showed the phone they said “maybe be a little quicker next time” when it literally had been 2 minutes.

I ordered on the App for a carryout order at this location. This was my third order here in the span of about three months. Each time when I get a notification saying my order is ready when I go inside it is not evident that it is ready and have to wait inside for 15-20 minutes longer. While waiting inside, each time of the past three times, the staff are bickering loudly amongst themselves. The manager is the loudest and very unprofessional with her words and actions. There just simply is zero professionalism here! IF I ever order here again it will only be delivery if they even offer it.

They opened with nothing ready, an employee’s kids running around the store and had to wait 20 minutes on a regular cheese pizza … multiple employees in the back doing nothing “including the manager”while 8 people in the lobby waiting on food! I suddenly remembered why I quit going there, it’s a complete Train wreck in Salisbury every time. The poor cook with the dreds was the only one working…

Order your pizza from elsewhere do not order pizza from here they overcharges for two pizzas that only had two toppings on it when we asked for three different toppings on each pizza and they made both pizzas with the same two toppings and when I called to complain about it with the pizza in hand they’re going to argue with me and tell me that they put three toppings on there like I’m stupid & cant see there is only 2 toppings on each. They offered to remake them when we brought him back in to complain about it instead of just giving us a refund for what they overcharged us for the pizzas we pre-ordered over the phone in advance because we were on a time crunch and I don’t have time to wait for them to make me more pizzas. Please save your money and go elsewhere they have terrible customer service.
