The food is great, but DO NOT order online. I ordered last Friday night online and set it for 7PM. I figured over an hour to make it should be fine. Well I was wrong. I showed up and was told it was not ready and probably would not be ready for another hour. Thank you for wasting my time. You need to have a way to stop online ordering if you are that busy. This was completely unacceptable. DO NOT order online from here.

Have ordered from the pizza shop for a couple years now with no issues. Ordered tonight, waited over an hour, then called to see if there was an issue. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called back. Was hung up on 3x. The shop can see the address when popping up… called a 5th time and was told the order was on its way. That was 15 minutes ago… I live .75 miles from the shop. Food arrived cold. Will not be ordering from this shop again.

I’ve had a lot of pizza and Strombolis from all over the country. This Stromboli was spot on! The dough was baked just right and slightly flaky on the outside, the cheese blend is perfect, and the meats and veggies were fresh and crisp. I will be back.

Always great food and I mean always. I dropped by today to grab a 1 topping large pizza because the Tuesday deal was $7 for a large 1 topping pizza! Who can beat that!! Nobody!!! Anyway, the guy at the register told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I go back to my car because I had my doggo with me and i didn’t want her to over heat. The guy comes out of the store and delivers me my pizza. I told him that he didn’t have to do that. Paisano’s really cares about their customers. I would have taken a picture of the entire pizza but two of the slices are in my belly already.

So I just moved to the area and this is my 3rd time trying this location I have been a customer since 2018 but order from van Dorn The guy that answered the phone was far more that Franklin the general manager has very poor customer service he was very argumentative with me because he was offended that he burnt my thin crust pizza after explaining to him that I had a bad experience today had been my first he didn’t offer me a resolution and yelled at me several times and let me know he was the general manager and that regardless when I called I would only speak to him he went on to tell me that the thin crust pizza comes cooked like a cracker when I always eat Thin crust he told me he didn’t care was very dismissive Franklin shouldn’t not work with the general public because he isn’t a problem solver or he doesn’t know how to talk to people after letting him know that I have been a customer since 2018 and that this was by far the worse experience I had he told me he didn’t care he is rude and needs to understand that customers matter The pizza was horrible and it got followed up with a General manager Being very nasty to me

We placed an early morning delivery order online for three XL Paisano’s Pizzas to be delivered to a business where we were hosting a kids birthday party. I received a call notifying of a potential delayed delivery due to an accident. I let the manager know that a half hour delay was fine but hopefully no more. The Paisano’s Pizza Kingstown Manager personally delivered our pizza resulting in lots of happy kids and parents. We are long time customers because of the delicious food but now really appreciate the excellent customer service as well.

The worst!!! Started to eat it in the parking lot….the whole crust was complete MUSH!! Like it had been sitting in water and slapped in the box. Pizza ready in 8 min so that should tell u something. Don’t do it!!
