I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. For a holiday weekend, the restaurant wasn’t busy so we were seated right away. The restaurant and menus were very clean. (I’m a bit of a germaphobe so really notice things like that.) The food was all excellent! (I’m not that picky, but my friend is and she was happy with everything, which is unusual. She doesn’t like the PF Chang’s near where we live.) We ordered several dishes to share and all were delicious and came out sizzling hot. The service was impeccable. AUSTIN was the best waiter/server I’ve seen in at least a year. He was patient, very kind, personable without being intrusive, gave great suggestions, and overall went above and beyond what was expected! Seriously, give that guy a raise. Great experience from start to finish! Wish we lived closer because we’d definitely go there more often if we did.

As always the food was great. The portions are much smaller than when I first started going and the prices are much higher buy still excellent food. The manager was amazing, very personal. The waiter was friendly but needs more training. Missed a lot of small things and common clues. Also missed great areas for upselling. We wanted dessert but brought the check and never asked and told us was great having us. Guess he was done with the night.

We had a great lunch while we watched the final day Day of the Masters tournament. We ordered the spicy chicken as well as sesame chicken and a plain grilled chicken breast for the kids. The staff was very accommodating when we talked about our child’s allergy and they put together a completely custom menu just to show us specifically what he could have. We appreciated this and they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food came out quickly and we were very impressed with the quality. We love that they have lunch specials now because it’s not a gigantic portion but is definitely feeling and plenty of food. We ordered drinks and they were pretty good. It was a nice little treat in the middle of the day and the kids even cooperated. We ended up making a little bit of a mess underneath the table with the rice and everything but the staff was cool and was more than willing to help us clean up. It was very coated friendly and the tables were spaced out. There was only a few other families in there at the time. The bathrooms were clean and while taken care of and overall we had a great lunch experience at PF changs.

Gabby delivered our food and was exceptional! She helped me set up our catering lunch and was so friendly and really went above and beyond! I had to call the restaurant just after she left regarding a forgotten order of Pot Stickers… Nathan was so helpful and had the kitchen start on a complimentary order for us which Gabby brought straight over for us after she got back to the restaurant! What an amazing service experience from P F Chang’s today! These 2 members of staff were outstanding! Thank you.

Nice experience and really tasty food. We had the lunch bowl, lettuce wraps, and egg rolls. The Crispy chicken bowl was solid and worth it. Highly recommend PF Chang here I Mission Viejo.

Love this place, we always have great service and food! We always get a few orders of the gluten-free lettuce wraps and I always have a bowl of the hot and sour soup. My new favorite entree is the Fire Braised Short Ribs the meat is always tender and there is a delicious sauce you pour which is great. Let me not forget to mention it comes with pineapple fried rice, im not sure if this is on the menu anywhere else but it should be.
