This place does not have a drive-through, and if you get delivery through one of the local delivery services, it’s not nearly as impactful. However, when you go to this place and actually order and sit and eat there, it’s probably the best burger fries ever and I’m including the highest end food places, in addition, the service is first class and so awesome ~ at least when I’ve been there in person …which is only a couple of times. But I just went there Saturday night at about 10 o’clock and it was amazing and no one was there and the food was hot and delicious and fresh and the best ever.

I work near the thousand oaks Fatburger location, and this has become my go-to for lunch. The food tasted as good as my very 1st meal 20 years ago. The cleanliness of this location is 5 star restaurant quality and best of all is the service from the staff along with the owner! This location has the friendliest Fatburger staff I have ever met! They go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your visit! Highly Recommended

Came here a few weeks back for a Ribbon Cutting. The owners are super sweet and you can tell they care a lot about their business. Decided to come back after a long day of sports. Great service, Veeta was very nice. Burger was good, chicken wings were good & so was the nondairy milk(less) shake.

The food is good but service was horrible. I had had a coupon that I was given the last time I was there, and wanted to use it, they made a bit fit about it because I saved 7.00. I asked for a side of ranch and they charged 49 cents. I paid in cash the 5.00 bil had a small rip in the side. She said we can’t accept this. I said it’s a legit dollar but was not going to argue with her. We sat down they came out and we asked for our ranch. She brought it out and then said she would need to charge us 49 cents. I had to shoe her our receipt . She not only forgot our sauce. Then proceeded to want to charge us for it. Do NOT go here for using a coupon or to expect customer service. Sad because it’s good food. Just BAD service
