I’m giving the one star on customer service….they gave me my meal incorrect and I came back in to spend more time to get my right order…I feel when I have to wait more time most restaurants will give you something for your inconvenience… they tossed the wrong order in the garage and prepared me a new meal….the lady at the counter could care less …my time is wasted and no type of compensation for that..I don’t like when restaurants are like this

If I could give this place Zero I would. 5/28/2022 What I ordered I didn’t get, I was given beef tacos instead of chicken tacos, so I let the lady behind the counter know and she got very upset and continued to tell me that I order beef tacos. I had family members tell her that I didn’t order that. when she was taking my order she kept saying beef tacos and I kept saying chicken tacos. She was very Unprofessional, Argumentative about it. I noticed that she’s the type of person that can’t be wrong. I asked for my money to be placed back onto my card but she said she couldn’t do that and handed me cash while saying beef tacos. Very peddy person she is. Also I hope that this person is reading this because I don’t even eat Beef. She needs to work on her People Skills. Anyone that is reading this Please Check Your Food before Leaving. It was my first time and last time going to this place.

Javys food is really delicious, it’s cooked fresh as well. But, since the pandemic prices have risen a great amount, ex. tacos were $1.99 and currently $2.69. Staff is usually friendly and polite.

While they do have good food I must voice my complaint. I placed a phone order and as I walked through the door a family walked in to dine in. I had to wait extra 20-30 minutes for my food while he served his people first. I will not be coming back as a black patron to this business. He served them immediately. That’s not great customer service and yet is a little racist.
