Today 01/03/2021 I order the Bento box from Sarku Japan in Lenox mall. The one right outside the elevator. And there was a roach in my food. Like a live moving roach. I’m super disgusted. So please be careful if you decide to order from them!!!!

The service my family and I get here is superb! We have our favorite employee who we now call “Auntie” and she always knows what each of us order and ensures that we get quality service! I have tried other Sarku restaurants and nothing compares to the service I receive at the Lenox location.
