When they tell you to pull over they will take your food hear me out “say no and stay in line” they did this to me and 15 min later my food wasn’t even coming my way. I wasn’t upset its the lack of communication that they did not inform me that my food was going to take 20min. Like just be honest since I place my order and say “sorry for the inconvenience” it’s going to be a 20 min wait since we don’t have any chicken available…. Like I’m still going to wait… who’s ever franchise this is needs to come and retrained this KFC. I don’t work here and I very well know the menu every time I ask for a 2 piece meal they always say what drink? I asked for a meal it comes with 2 sides no drink. 1 more thing thank you for giving me the expired chicken for my mash potato bowl. Don’t forget your employees and you all are replaceable. You should eat expired chicken next time you take your break and see if you like it, you would do that why give it to a paying customer.
