Love it or hate it, it’s open 24 hours and to a college student that’s a blessing. The night shift people seem to be the best and I’ve never had a bad experience here. There has always been at least a few clean tables and the soda machine has tons of options. It’s location is very convenient and I appreciate how well your food is presented. Whenever I’ve gone, it hasn’t been very busy.

Staff is rude, jack n the box online ordering doesn’t work, their 2 for $5 croissant deal changes the ordering address to somewhere else, probably because the deal doesn’t exist here or something. Doesn’t matter, experience across the board is terrible. With these prices, all fast food joints will go out of business though, so enjoy them while you can, they will all be relics of the past soon.

24hr location showed as open then denied my Uber eats service and cost me my order. Called the store to reconcile but the manager told lies and then hung up on me. Do not recommend this jack on the box. No issues with other locations

Nice place and friendly staff. For a fast food place it’s not very fast. I understand the staff can’t always be ready here. Especially dealing with all the drunk college students that recently left a bar or party. Like I said the staff are friendly but orders can take almost an hour at least based on personal experience. At that point I’d like a refund and just go home.

Based on my experience here, the food was decent overall. Customer service was very poor. There was only one employee in the entire establishment. So he was the cashier, cook, etc. all in one. Was not the cleanest place either. There is also no drive thru here, even though Google and the Jack in the Box app both state there is. Only dine in and pick up. Overall, would not recommend or return to this location.
