A solo trip out and I opt for a The #12 Beach club, not my usual choice but I was delusional…to go please! Friends, this was one of the most bland, flavorless meals I’ve eaten. You can’t fault the sweet boy with rosy cheeks behind the counter who made it. He was just following directions from Mr. James Johnathan. But I persevered and consumed it regardless for the calories.. I’m getting something else next time thanks!

Nice service and quick and blah blah it’s what you’d expect. If I have one gripe it’s that I ALWAYS bang my elbow on the trim that runs around the booth chairs. You know right on the inside of your elbow where it like vibrates and hurts like hell when you hit it? Every. Time.

I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS!! Since being diagnosed with celiac, I have gone here less and less. Now I don’t go at all….. even the cheese has gluten! If Jimmy johns could come up with a plan to make lettuce wrap sandwiches in a designated gluten free spot, I would visit more than once a week!!! I love the spicy ranch too!

Amazing customer service every time, you can count on it! And yes of course “freaky fast delivery!” I’m pretty sure this sandwich company is held to a higher standard which is nice because they’re always clean restaurants! My favorite sandwich is the plain old “turkey Tom” is bomb. Also I recently found out they’ll sell you a whole or sliced pickle! This downtown location is awesome, just expect parking issues.

Love the food, but their hours online say one thing, their door says another, and they lock their doors early anyways. Tried going here the other night and the door was locked. An employee opened the door and said their hours changed and they close an hour earlier now. When the worker realized it was still 10min before their “new” closing time, he allowed me to come in and place a quick order and was still very friendly. However another family tried to come in as well. They kept the doors locked as they were already cleaning and did not let them in… even though they were “technically” still supposed to be open. Reading some of the other posts it seems like this is common for this location.

They certainly are quick! The employees are friendly, helpful, and fast! The food is so delicious, I never have leftovers to take home! The bread is so tasty, crispy on the outside and soft and flaky inside! I’m getting hungry again typing this up! There is always seeing and the tables and booths are clean. The restroom is almost always immaculate. I really love this place and wish I got over to Visalia more often just to eat lunch here. It’s funny but every time I’ve eaten here it’s because my mom reminded me how great it is. When we sat down to eat lunch this last time she pointed over my head at a neon sign over the door that said, “Your mom wants you to eat at Jimmy John’s”. Wow! They’re psychic too!? Lol!

This has always been my go to place for a quick sandwich. They are fast but they get slow customers sometimes. I recommend looking at the menu online before showing up. I tried all the sandwiches and haven’t made up my mind which is my favorite.
