I went into Five Guys on 02/23/2023 to get some fries for my daughter. As I am about to pay for the fries I realized my card is not where it should be. As I am searching through my bag for my card or another method of payment Chelsea, the person working the counter at the time said she understood I could not find my card and she would take care of the bill for me. So I was able to get the fries for my daughter. I just want to say thank you Chelsea and to Five Guys for hiring someone who cares.

Five guys is alright. This location is good the staff was good. My burger combination is great so of you need a suggestion here you go. Little hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, fresh jalapeno and A1 sauce. I’m telling you it’s good though I felt I didn’t get much A1 sauce on my burger this time.

One of my best experiences out at fast food these were some of the employees I thought did a great job (Jeff awesome employee. I just bought a bacon cheeseburger there for the first time in awhile. The meat doesn’t taste nearly as good as it used to. The price was quite a bit higher and if the employees start at $14/hr then the least they could do is remember to put BACON on it! They just lost my business for good. It wasn’t worth $5 and they put tip section on the credit card receipt?! Forget about it!
