Won’t return. Cold fries. My chili dog was awful! The bun was stale and the chili must have been scraped off the bottom of the pan and was inedible. The bathroom had no towels. My grandson came away with some kind of dirt/grease stain from the booth. Only good thing was the ice creams. They were out of the dipped cones though.

This place is terrible. We had to wait for 45 minutes to even receive our food. Never again. People walking out and waiting for over an hour for their food, and then after waiting for our food we received less food then we even ordered and 10 fries in each basket and they were freezing! Wouldn’t recommend

We’ve been to this DQ a few times for ice cream treats. We are fine with waiting as we know times are tough with help. But waiting 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged, we decided to leave, as did the few people in front and behind us. Decided to give it another shot today and ordered two small cones, this is what came. Maybe sizes have changed since last time, but not at all worth the $3.50 per cone. The people working were nice, though!

Probably one of the worst Dairy Queen’s in the area. They have 6 people working and maybe 4-5 cars in the drive through, and we went inside to order and they say “our lobby is closed because we are swamped” yet two of them are standing there doing nothing and one is just staring at the screen looking at a few orders. I’ve worked in fast food, and understand places get busy, but it was not at all busy. We will continue to bring our business somewhere else that can handle a few customers at a time.

Waited so long at the drive threw the ice cream melted in the car…I will NEVER return to this Dairy Queen again. I will go to Dairy Queen in a different town. The last two times that i visited the Clearwater water location the place was disgusting and dirty. The time that i ate inside we couldn’t find one clean table and i had to wipe it off myself with a napkin and water from the restroom. The next time we went to the drive threw. The drive threw window was covered in ketchup, mustard, icecream ,chocolate and who knows what else…I repeat disgusting and unclean…also seems like it is in need of new management …

One of the worst DQ experiences ever. When we got there, there was one group in front of us who put in an order, and then we we got to the cashier, we were told we were not allowed to place a food order due to the kitchen being backed up. I counted six staff and none of them were moving quickly. We were then told that it would be 15-20 minutes before we could even put in a food order into their cue. At this point, we did, but the girl serving us rolled her eyes and was very rude when we did. I question who is the management and how they are allowed to operate as such. Please @dairyqueen address this.

I went to the drive thru and was told they were no longer taking drive thru orders. Inside 3 people were waiting for their order and 6 people were ahead of me in line. They ran out of vanilla ice cream and it be 20 to 30 min before more was ready. They were unsure how to issue refunds to people that had ordered and 3 people ahead of me left. I was the only person left in line and when I got to the counter to order the girl just walked away without saying anything. There were 3 employees behind the counter. After a few minutes I asked if I could place my order and someone came over. It took about 5 minutes to receive my order. The hamburger and fries were ok, pretzel sticks looked overcooked, the chili dog looked like it was 3 days old, and everything was cold. A bad experience overall.

Manager that was working the evening of 6/22 was absolutely phenomenal! She was cashiering through the dinner rush, training all up front employees and communicating with the back. This is definitely what this location needs. We will definitely be back.
