This is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area! Their food is delicious, prepared well, and portioned nicely. The service for the most part is excellent. On this particular visit though my server and my group and I were having communication issues. No big deal just a slight language barrier, understandably so (it is after all a Mexican restaurant). The server was accurate, polite, and checked on us regularly (he was really busy at one point so it took a little bit on my water refill, but it wasn’t his fault). The atmosphere is great! It has a good vibe, fun music, and all the employees seem to really enjoy their job!

Ordered Togo from here last night and found hair in my meal. What’s even worse is that I had been eating it before I found the hair (it wasn’t on top it was down in the food). I was disappointed because I had to call back 3 times to make the Togo order after phone was answered and put down the 1st time and went unanswered the second time. This place was my husband’s favorite but I draw the line at hair in my food.

We use to love this restaurant. Unfortunately in the past few years this establishment has gone down hill. We went for lunch today and waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we sat down. Despite that being a bad start to a meal we felt unseen, unheard, and uncared for. For me, this is disappointing and I won’t be back for a very long time. I hope this review helps the employers and employees to practice empathy and improve service.
